As founder of the organization Scott serves as director, President/CEO, and leader of youth adventures and expeditions.

Scott has spent over 13 years providing leadership to teams varying in size from 4 to 40 people. Scott’s leadership experience spans the gamut of wartime military operations to multi-million dollar engineering design programs, all of which required strong communications and conflict resolution skills. Scott has a BA in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Interpersonal Communications. Scott holds a Wilderness First Responder certification a New York State Guides license.
